Shipments from Third Countries (England, America, Japan, South Korea)
- A 21% VAT import tax applies to all shipments, calculated based on the total shipment value, including all related costs.
- All shipments from third countries are subject to an administrative fee:
Shipment value from 0.00 EUR to 150.00 EUR – 8.99 EUR.
Shipment value of 150.00 EUR or more – 29.99 EUR. - For all shipments from third countries with a value exceeding 150 EUR, a customs duty may apply depending on the product category.
- Prohibited items, listed in section 3.4 of the regulations, such as perfumes, alcohol, tobacco products, etc., are not transported. If you wish to return such items, a 20.00 EUR administration fee is applied.
- For shipments from the USA, Japan and South Korea, volumetric weight is calculated (length × width × height / 5000 = volumetric weight). The final price is determined based on the actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater).
- Size and weight limitations for shipments from these countries:
USA: Maximum size 72 x 48 x 40 cm, maximum weight 100 kg.
Japan: Maximum size 50 x 50 x 60 cm, maximum weight 30 kg.
South Korea: Maximum size 50 x 50 x 70 cm, maximum weight 100 kg. - If you wish to ship parcels weighing more than 300 kg from third countries, please contact us via email at verslas@pirkeu.lt.
- For shipments from Japan with integrated lithium batteries, an additional fee of 10.00 EUR is applied.
- Food supplements for personal use can ONLY be ordered in quantities of UP TO 10 UNITS.
Non-standard packaging
If the total length of the sides shall be equal or more than 180 cm, or one side is equal or longer than 120 cm -> the weight coefficient 1,4 shall be applied. If the total length of the sides shall be equal or more than 300 cm, or one side is equal or longer than 200 cm -> the weight coefficient 1,5 shall be applied. For example: if a parcel measures 100x100x10 and weighs 30 kg -> it will be charged as a 39 kg parcel.
The maximum possible length of one side of the package when shipping via couriers is 3 m. If length of one side of the package is longer than 3 m, additional fees may apply. Please contact PercEU customer service before ordering a shipment longer than 3 m.
Pickup of shipments
Shipments in Latvia are sent by SmartPosti or Omniva courier, or to Omniva and SmartPosti parcel machines. If the parcel weighs more than 30 kg, the courier will deliver the parcel to the first floor door. If you want your parcel to be delivered to other floors, you will have to pay an additional fee for the delivery service.
If parcels are delivered without packaging, boxes or incorrect packaging, additional charges may apply.
Shipment insurance
Shipment insurance prices:
EUR 5,00 - for shipments up to EUR 100,00.
EUR 10,00 - for shipments up to EUR 500,00.
EUR 15,00 - for parcels up to EUR 1,000,00.
EUR 20,00 - for parcels with a value of up to EUR 1500,00.
EUR 25,00 - for parcels valued up to EUR 2000,00.
EUR 30,00 - for consignments up to EUR 2500,00.
EUR 35,00 for parcels up to EUR 3000,00.
EUR 40,00 - for parcels valued up to EUR 3,500,00.
45,00 EUR for parcels up to 4000,00 EUR.
50,00 EUR for parcels up to 4500,00 EUR
Picking up of shipments from German DHL terminal
If shipment is left at the German DHL pick-up terminal, the pick-up price from the terminal is 10,00 Eur for each shipment. Pickups are available ONLY from this terminal (DHL Filiale Dr. Wilhelm-Külz-Straße 14, 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin).
Storage conditions
Customer parcels received at the PercEU warehouse are stored free of charge for 20 calendar days from the moment when shipment status changes to "Shipment at the distribution center, ready for dispatch/collection". At the end of this period, a storage fee of 1,00 Eur per day shall be charged for each parcel.
Completion fee
The cost of the Parcel Assembly service is 0.99€. This amount is calculated from your second parcel onwards, for each shipment. Consolidation of shipments is not carried out between EU and third-country shipments. Shipments can be combined either in a foreign country or upon reaching Lithuania. Shipments are not and cannot be stored in foreign warehouses. All shipments are dispatched with the next available shipment. Additionally, you have the option to wait for your shipments free of charge for 20 days. After this period, a storage fee is applied: 1 day – 1€. After placing and paying for an order, order modification is not allowed: no additional shipments can be added, orders cannot be split, or otherwise modified.

Additional services in POLAND
- The parcel collection service is provided from the INPOST parcel locker located at Bakałarzewska 90, Suwałki, 16-400. The parcel locker name is Moya Paczkomat SUW06N. The parcel collection fee is 3 EUR.
- The recipient must send the parcel collection details (tracking number, PIN code, indicated phone number, and address) by email to info@perceu.lv. Parcel collection is carried out on the next business day after the required information is submitted by email.
Additional services in the CZECH REPUBLIC
- Pickup from Zásilkovna pickup point in Staňkov.
Pick-up from this Zásilkovna pickup point in Staňkov is FREE.
It is NECESSARY to provide the telephone number of our Czech warehouse (you will find it in the address section of the warehouse). It is NOT possible to pick up from pickup points in OTHER CITIES.
Additional services in the LITHUANIA
- Collection of parcels from the parcel terminals. The price of picking up from a parcel terminals is 5,00 EUR. Parcel collection is possible ONLY from the following parcel terminals:
DPD - Veiverių g. 146, 46354, Kaunas (Lidl).
LP EXPRESS - Veiverių g. 146, 46354, Kaunas (Lidl).
VENIPAK - Veiverių g. 146, 46354, Kaunas (Lidl).

- We can collect packages from the nearest collection point for an additional fee.
