Goods Return Service (to Germany, Poland and Lithuania)

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT process returns to the United Kingdom, Japan or the USA.

If the purchased goods are not suitable for you (wrong size, colour or quality), we will return the purchased goods to the sender/seller.

Benefits for you:

• You can use free returns from our warehouses in Germany, Poland or Lithuania if the seller provides a free return option. If the seller does not provide free returns, the parcel will be sent according to the rates set by the delivery service providers in Germany, Poland or Lithuania;
• You will save time and money;
• You will not need to use transport services provided by other companies – we will provide the full return service.

If the return is not free of charge, the following information must be indicated on the parcel:

• Recipient (name or company name)
• Street and house number (and apartment number, if applicable)
• City
• Postal code
• Recipient’s phone number

The maximum dimensions of a paid return parcel are 60 × 40 × 40 cm. If the parcel is larger, please contact our customer service team to confirm any additional return costs.

There are no size restrictions for parcels with free returns.
